Mpowered Resumes, founded by Melissa Monson (hey, that's me!), is a Twin Cities, MN-based company seeking to empower job seekers by creating resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and providing career coaching services.
Like many folks, I did not know what I wanted to be when I grew up. I worked in misaligned jobs where I was unhappy, so I was often applying to and interviewing for new jobs.
I unexpectedly lost my first big girl job a few years out of college. This misfortune led me down a path of discovering all I could about career alignment and job-searching tools.
