You'll be sent a resume questionnaire gathering all the details about what you're looking for. Once you finish that, you'll be directed to a calendar link to chat and answer any questions you might have. If we're aligned and you want to move forward, HUZZAH! You'll be sent a contract and an invoice to process.
I'll create a new resume format in Microsoft Word, delete any outdated experiences or formatting, and carry over your experience to create a resume shell. After that, I'll fill in the content of the resume by wordsmithing your bullet points, adding or wordsmithing a professional summary, and a keywords section.
You'll get two rounds of edits in total. As mentioned above, I'll create a new resume format, delete any unnecessary information, and add the good stuff that employers want to see on modern resumes. In the first round of edits, I highlight items in yellow and add track change comments with any questions I have about your experience.
You'll be sent this first rough draft resume to review and answer the questions. Once I get this back with further information, I'll create a second and final version of your resume. VOILA! Your new resume is ready to apply for jobs.
From start to finish, my turnaround time is usually two weeks. That can sometimes vary based on two factors, how backlogged I am as a one-woman business and how long it takes for you to answer my questions from the first resume rough draft.
YES! I offer two services to update your LinkedIn profile. You can do it yourself (DIY) with a LinkedIn profile audit OR I can completely revamp it on your behalf. Either way, you will walk away with a profile you'll feel good about.
